Lee Leighton

Lee Leighton began his 25-year Oregon land use planning career in the City of Tualatin’s Planning and Economic Departments, before transitioning to a private-sector consulting career in 1996. Since that time, he has obtained approval for a wide variety of development entitlements, permits, and land use approvals across the Pacific Northwest. Lee holds two master’s degrees: a Master of Community and Regional Planning from the University of Nebraska, and a Master of Science in Management in Science and Technology from OSHU.
